MYSORE LAND REVENUE RULES GOVERNING OLD PUBLIC THOPES.

The Revenue Commissioner may grant per¬mission to individuals to raise public thopes on an extent not exceeding two acres in Government Kharab or Gomal lands when there is no objection from the villagers to the disposal of the lands and when the intentions of the applicants in the matter of raising such thopes for charit¬able purposes are found to be bona fide.
